This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how this website ("Site") handles the processing of personal data ("Personal Data" or just "Data") of users who consult our webpage. The information is provided only for the Site https://www.aurora-jobs.com/ ("Site"), a brand owned by the company being established Aurora, and not also for other websites and applications that may be consulted and used by the user. As a result of consulting this Site, Personal Data referring to identified or identifiable persons may be collected. By making an application to a job offer within Aurora, by providing contact information to show interest in a job offer, by responding to a message from an employer, you consent to the disclosure of your information to that employer and/or referring temporary agency and to be contacted by that employer and temporary agency for employment-related purposes.
What are your rights in relation to the processing of Personal Information, how can they be exercised? (8)
The subjects to whom the Personal Data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such Data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its supplementation, updating, rectification (Articles 15 and 16 of the Regulations), namely:
- Right of access. The right to obtain access to personal information about you along with certain related information;
- Right to Data Portability. The right to receive personal information in a common format and to have it transferred to another data controller;

How long do we keep Personal Data? (9)
We intend to retain your Personal Data for as long as you have not requested deletion. The Data Controller undertakes, in accordance with the terms of service stated on our Site to keep the Data entered by the user and make it available to the same for processing through the tools offered by our services.

As part of the processing activities mentioned above, we may disclose information and Personal Data to recipients located outside the territory of the European Union (particularly in the US). This Privacy Policy is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with provisions and any other applicable mandatory legislation in the European Union.
